From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The food was absolutely incredible – every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully selected

Fantastic and completely delicious food every time - definitely our go to Indian restaurant; would highly recommend. Service is friendly, quick and informative . We love this restaurant

Delicious food, very kind service and a big room for people and kids to sit and move comfortably, that's a Great Combo! I'm on the carnivore diet then I had 2 meat dishes but I tried bits of my family's to get an idea of theirs. I can say it's the best balance of flavours I ever had and a very wide interesting menu with exotic touches I don't see so often even in London where I live! Locals are very lucky to have this option in town with very reasonable prices.

From the moment you enter the Sugandha to the moment you leave the Sugandha you forget all of your life worries and concerns and become immersed in beautiful culture, delicious food and unbelievable service . From the Bhajis to the Baltis - everything is cooked freshly and deliciously . From the kitchen to the front of house everyone has a smile on their faces and are determined to enhance your experience . This Indian restaurant is truly an unforgettable experience and I recommended to all. Thank you for the memories so far Sugandha and I look forward to making more with you

Generous portions, lovely bit of spice, really friendly staff! For a curry house in the middle of Wales this was surprisingly really nice! Will definitely be a regular place to dine in or takeaway for the future. We even got our dessert for free as the waiter was that nice ! Can be a quiet spot in the week to eat in, lovely around !

This is a must stop shop! Every time I’ve been (and believe me, it’s many times) it’s always been 10/10. The food is always excellent quality, the taste is amazing, and it’s always consistent. The service is 100/10 with freebies like extra this and extra that. Unbelievably welcoming, very polite, and respectful individuals! The atmosphere is very welcoming too, with lovely traditional music creating a relaxing, calm environment. The best Indian food around. I originally come from London and honestly, this place is serious competition! (The man in the hat—10/10)

Unfortunately, not a very good experience today for my parents. The lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t even speak. On entering the building they asked her for a table for 2 and she walked to the table and just dropped the menus on the table and walked away. They did however order their meals with a nice gentleman. Food was very good. When asking for the bill and paying for it, it was snatched out of my father’s hand by that same lady from the front desk. Her attitude was awful and she has no customer service skills whatsoever. This is such a shame as my parents and family have a holiday home and use this Indian regularly. Sorry to say but will not be visiting again with that vile attitude!
